The city centre and Merchant City with its numerous restaurants and bars are within a short walking distance. Garnethill Gem
Enjoy true city centre living in this modern 1 bed-roomed apartment located just 2 minutes walk from the centre of Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow's most famous street. Garnethill Gem is surrounded by all of Glasgow's major theatres, shops, restaurants and Universities, yet is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in a historical residential district. "Flat on the Green" provides bright, spacious, comfortable accommodation consisting of a 21 foot bay windowed lounge with open plan dining area. There are two good sized double bedrooms, one of which can be used as either a twin or double room. One bedroom has a fitted wardrobe whilst the other has a free-standing mirrored double wardrobe. The fully fitted kitchen has an integral electric oven and hob, micro-wave oven, washing machine, dryer, fridge-freezer and breakfast bar. The bathroom, which is partially tiled, has vinyl flooring, bath with electric shower over, wash hand basin, large mirror and shaving socket. The hallway has two large cupboards providing additional storage. The property is double glazed and has oak laminate flooring throughout complimented by rugs in the lounge and bedrooms. There is private residential parking on street.

Included is a welcome breakfast pack for your first morning with your choice of brown or white bread and to help you relax on your first night a free bottle of wine. Your choice of red or white. Free wireless internet connection is available. We also provide FREE HAGGIS for you to sample if you are brave enough. Towels, bed linen, hairdryer, bath robes, iron and ironing board are all provided and are inclusive in price.

To make your stay easier we keep the fridge and cupboards stock with basic groceries so you can make a quick meal or snack. Help yourself if you wish. Just replace items or leave a contribution in our honesty box.

Tourist information literature is also provided. The apartment is service weekly. Children are welcome. Cots and high chair provided. No Pets. Smoking outside only please. Directions provided on booking.

Sleeping 2 - 5 persons, this comfortably furnished apartment is on the third floor and offers accommodation comprising of a lounge with dining area, modern newly fitted kitchen, double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and newly fitted tiled bathroom. The bedroom has a king size bed whilst the lounge has double sofa-bed with full depth mattress. There is a fold down bed for a 5th person. Children are welcome. Cot and high chair are available.
