The beautifully restored sandstone property offers comfortable bedrooms with a warm Scottish welcome. All of the bedrooms are equipped with tea and coffee facilities, Wi-Fi and the little extras which will make your stay perfect. There is also ample private parking and secure storage for bikes and other equipment.
A full traditional breakfast is served every morning and an early breakfast and packed lunch can be organised if you plan to head out exploring. For all other meals you will find first-class restaurants, pubs and cafes within 2 miles.
Dumfries boasts a range of historical sites including the Robert Burns Centre and House, Family History Research Centre and the Dumfries Museum and Camera Obscura. If you plan to make the most of the great outdoors, Dumfries is the ideal base for mountain biking, pony trekking, walking and watersports. Nearby, there are a range of activities on offer including tennis, swimming, golf, bowling and ice hockey at the Dumfries Ice Bowl.
