Fludha enjoys a raised and commanding position, standing on a bend in the river Dee, with spectacular south-westerly views towards Kirkcudbright town, with McLellan Castle the main focal point. Being located at the edge of town with riverside walks
Fludha is a newly remodelled luxury guest house offering 6 spacious ensuite rooms. All fixtures, fittings and soft furnishings are top quality and have been chosen especially to augment the individually decorated rooms. From top quality sash and case windows to 80/20 carpets quality and attention to detail have been paramount in creating the luxury home from home feeling. All the ensuite’s have double sized power showers, heated towel rails and two have separate baths. Ample private parking and every room has uninterrupted views of either the grounds or the River Dee and the Galloway hills. A walk to the bottom of the drive brings you to beautiful river side walks in both directions. (Kirkcudbright centre is just a 10 minute walk ) The dining room with its oak furniture enjoys beautiful views south over the river, a great place to dine in the evening, meals are available to guests and guests of guests. Fludha has a table license so you are welcome to enjoy quality wine to compliment your meal Wi-Fi Internet access in all rooms, 32” LCD TV’s or 40” TV’s in all rooms. Unfortunately we have no family rooms. Well behaved pets are welcome
