Fordon is a modern and easy to manage property and is an ideal setting for a quiet and peaceful holiday surrounded with beautiful views or a perfect base for travelling the highlands and islands.
This property has its own private entrance, is fully double glazed and has oil central heating throughout.
The accommodation comprises one double bedded and one twin bedded room and there is a spacious modern shower room with a large quadrant shower and shaver point. Bed linen and towels are provided. (A travel cot is also available if required.)
The lounge has a 38" screen television, dvd player and ipod docking station. There are large patio doors opening onto a balcony overlooking the spectacular views. Bistro style furniture is situated on the balcony allowing you to relax in the tranquil setting overlooking the mountains and loch.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with electric cooker ,fridge freezer, dishwasher, mocrowave and washing machine.
An iron and ironing board are also provided and a washing line is available.
A garden shed is provided for storage of any skiing or climbing equipment or
bikes.
This property has plenty of cupboard space. There is also ample parking space at Fordon.
A stay in fort William allows you to sample many of the outdoor activities the surrounding areas offer be it skiing, mountain climbing, low level walking, cycling, golf or water sports. Recently opened is the Ice Factor in Kinlochleven which is the UK's most technical rockwall and the worlds biggest indoor ice wall.
The Caledonian Canal, shops, PO, pub and hotel are within minutes walking distance. The main West Highland Railway line runs alongside with the station just 5 minutes walk and is ideal for catching the steam train to Glenfinnan, Arisaig, Morar and Mallaig. The local bus route is also just minutes away.
