Fountain Court are spread over 6 locations in the West End/Haymarket area and are pleased to announce our NEW City Centre Stewart Apartments opening in April 2011. All are in an ideal location for the the major tourist attractions and business areas. Fountain Court luxury serviced apartments can be booked nightly, weekly, or monthly. All of our apartments are serviced on a daily basis.
Why check into an anonymous hotel room when you can stay in the luxurious, spacious surroundings of your own city pad? Check in for the Stewart Apartments is onsite at 10 Young Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4JB and the reception is open 24 hours. Check in for our Morrison, Grove, Harris and Grove Executive properties is situated at the main reception at 121 Grove Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8AA. This reception is open 24 hours. Our EQ2 property has its own reception located on site at 1 Lower Gilmore Bank, Edinburgh, EH3 9QP. The EQ2 office opening hours are Monday to Saturday - 8am to 10pm and Sunday - 8am to 5pm. For guests arriving out with these hours at EQ2 there is a key collection service. Please contact Fountain Court for these instructions. For check in at all properties, guests are required to provide photographic ID which matches the credit card used to make payment. This credit card shall also be used as guarantee against any additional charges such as phone calls and damages. Check in time for all locations is from 3pm and check out is at 10.30am (11am for EQ2). Luggage may be stored at reception out with these times. Car parking is available at both EQ2 and Grove receptions and costs £8 per day and is based on a first come first served policy. Limited car parking is available at Stewart Apartments and costs £12 per day. Car parking must be booked in advance at this location. The car parking is accessed by car lift and height restrictions apply. Please ask at the time of booking your space. Breakfast is not included in the nightly rate but may be purchased in advance (see our website for details and costs).

3* MORRISON
Each apartment comprises a double bed and is equipped with complimentary cabled broadband, Freeview TV and a CD player. Furnishings and decor are simple and the kitchen is fully equipped. Morrison Street is located a short walk away from the main reception. Please note this property does not have a lift.
4* GROVE
Grove Street one bedroom apartments all have a double bed and the two bedroom apartments have 2 single beds in each of the bedrooms. Furnishings and decor are simple and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need. Complimenatry wifi internet access, selected cable TV and a CD player are all available.
4* HARRIS
Harris one bedroom apartments all have a double bed and the two bedroom apartment has one double bed and 2 single beds. Each apartment is open plan with kitchen that has all the appliances you will need. Each apartment is equipped with complimentary wifi internet access, TV with selected cable channels, CD player and IPod dock.
4*GROVE EXECUTIVE
Grove Executive studio apartments have a double bed whilst the two bedroom apartments have 2 doubles. The two bedroom apartments also have 2 shower rooms. Each apartment is equipped with complimentary wifi internet access, TV with selected cable channels, CD player and IPod dock.
5* EQ2
Situated on the Union Canal EQ2 one bedroom apartments have a double, bed, the two bedroom apartments have one double bed and 2 single beds and the three bedroom apartments have one double bed and 4 single beds. Each apartment is equipped with complimentary wifi internet access, selected cable TV channels, CD player and IPod dock.
4* STEWART
Stewart 1 bedroom apartments will feature an open plan living room and fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine. Each apartment will include a 37 inch HD television, blu-ray DVD player and iPod dock in the living room and a 32 inch HD TV in the bedroom, as well as free wireless broadband access, Sky sports and movie channels.
