From the balcony, you can look east over the bay to Burntisland's renowned Blue Flag beach only 200 yards away. Or you can relax in the garden with a glass of wine and watch the boats sail past. The large (30 feet) Sun Lounge /Diner has a dining table seating 10 and lounge with feature fireplace. The patio doors lead out to the mature garden with four distinct and private seating areas. You can have breakfast on the patio, sit on the terrace or relax on the decking area, ideal for watching the sun set over the water. There is another lounge with panoramic window and wide screen TV/DVD. The kitchen is well equipped with a breakfast area seating 4. Kids can entertain themselves at the Beacon Leisure Centre with swimming pool and flumes, within 200 yards, or in the play parks on the Links behind the beach. Burntisland's High Street is a 5 minute walk away with a variety of shops, pubs and eating places and Edinburgh city centre can be reached in only 45 minutes by train or car.

an enjoyable holiday for the whole family.
