Garbhein Cottage And Byre

Self Catering

Garbhein Cottage, Kinlochleven, Argyll, PH50 4SE

Garbhein Cottage is a traditional hillside cottage in the heart of the western highlands near Glencoe and makes an ideal base for exploring the mountains, glens and coast of this beautiful area.

The main Cottage sleeps six, and the recently converted detached Byre sleeps two.

The property dates from the late 1800s and retains its rustic charm. Set in splendid isolation on the slopes of Garbhein mountain overlooking the village of Kinlochleven with far-reaching views north over the Mamore mountain range. Although secluded, Kinlochleven village is only a couple of minutes drive away, and provides shops, pubs hotels and bistro, as well as the Ice Factor climbing centre.

The properties may be booked separately or together, and each enjoys privacy with dedicated gardens and parking.
