    Glen Nevis Youth Hostel is located at the foot of Britain's highest mountain, Ben Nevis, and the path to the summit starts almost from the front door.

    All the rooms, private or shared have spectacular mountain views. The hostel offers a fully equipped self-catering kitchen with a good sized dining room for eating in or socializing. You can relax in a comfortable lounge, or keep in contact with friends and family with Internet access. Wi-Fi access is also available and sheets are included in the price.

    The Glen Nevis Youth Hostel is also conveniently situated very close to the end of Scotland's most famous long distance walk, the West Highland Way, and only three miles from the start of the Great Glen Way. Whether for hiking, skiing, biking or simply touring, the surrounding area of Lochaber is simply stunning.

    From the nearest information centre: From the Tourist Information Centre turn right along High Street and right again at the main road (past the hospital). At the roundabout take the Glen Nevis turn. The youth hostel is 3 miles along the road.

    There is an extremely limited bus service during winter months, more frequent during the summer.

    Getting there by railway: From Fort William Station turn left and walk along main road (A82) for approximately 1 mile to the next mini roundabout. There take the Glen Nevis turn off. Theyouth hostel is 3 miles along this road on the right, past the campsite.

    Getting there by aeroplane: From Glasgow International Airport by bus via A82 Loch Lommond.
