    Glencoe Youth Hostel is popular with walkers, climbers and families offering budget multi-share accommodation and private en-suite family friendly rooms too. The youth hostel has a large open plan kitchen/dining room with ample cooking facilities and dining tables. According to one of our customers, it also has one of the best drying rooms in the Scottish highlands!

    Glencoe Youth Hostel offers everything that a hosteller can wish for: great showers, comfy beds, a stunning location and most important of all dedicated staff, for whom customers come as a strangers but leave as friends. Glencoe Youth Hostel is perfect if you're attempting an historic walk up the Lost Valley or tackling Britain's finest ridge walk, the Aonach Eagach (which ends at the hostel). Glencoe Youth Hostel is also only a 10min walk or stumble from the infamous Clachaig Inn.

    Dogs are now welcome at Glencoe when guests book a private room (small fee applies). Please note that all dogs must be booked in advance to ensure that a dog friendly room is allocated.

    Turn into Glencoe village and continue past Nisa, over the Stone Bridge, then go down the single track road for approximately one mile. The youth hostel is on the right.

    Travelling by bus: Glencoe is served by buses from Glasgow and Fort William. Ask the driver to stop at Glencoe crossroads, cross the car park, turn right, walk through the village, past Nisa, Cross the bridge, then go down the single track road for approximately one mile. The hostel is on the right.

    Travelling by train: the closest station is Fort William, then travel via bus.
