• Disabled Access - Both units have flat access.
• Internet Access - Both units come with free WiFi. This does not form part of our contractual committent should WiFi not be available due to circumstances beyond our control.
• No Smoking Permitted - Absoulutely no smoking is permitted within our grounds we rquest that all guests go onto the public highway at the front of the house. Anybody found to be smoking in one of our units may be asked to leave and any costs incurred for cleaning will be added.

• French Speaking - Very basic French is spoken.

Leisure Facilities

• CD Player - A CD player is available in both units.
• DVD Player - Both units have a DVD player with a range of films.
• Garden - Both units have a small patio area with table and chairs that overlooks our main garden.
• Hi-Fi - Both units have a HiFi, we request volunes are kept to a minimum.
• Radio - Both units have a radio and a clock radio in the bedroom.
• Television - Both units have LCD televisions with basic freeview as available in Ballater.
• WiFi - Both units come with free WiFi. This does not form part of our contractual committent should WiFi not be available due to circumstances beyond our control.

Location

• Mountains area - Views of the Craigendarroch can be seen from both units.
• Rural Location - We are based in a beautiful part of the coutyside on the outskirts of the village of Ballater.
• Village Location - We are based just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Ballater.
