A leather reclining sofa will help you relax after a busy day. Efficient electric panel heaters ensure the cottages are cosy and warm when necessary. Each cottage has patio doors leading from the lounge that open onto a patio area and a garden table and chairs is provided for outside relaxing and dining in the better weather. Superb views of Craigendarroch, the Hill of Oaks, are possible, from the summit of which there are wonderful views across the valleys to Lochnagar and Mount Keen. The cottages front onto a delightful garden with many species of birds visiting the feeders from dawn until dusk. The cottages are ideal for those wishing to stay in Ballater a little longer, and explore Royal Deeside and beyond, or for those wishing to be more independent. Both are less-abled friendly and have their own private parking space and are available for weekly let all year and for short breaks during the off season.
