    The apartment is full of original features including original Georgian fire places, panelled walling, Georgian cooking range and an original pulley for drying your clothes!

    Additional to the above the flat has with two double rooms as well as a sofa bed in the living room (giving you the option of sleeping 5 people). Lounge
    Within the lounge there are two windows both looking out onto the Grassmarket and Edinburgh Castle (complete with working shutters), original Georgian Fire Place and original wooden panelling to the walls additional to this, there are two sofa's one of which is a sofa bed (which could sleep another person, TV and DVD player as well as cable TV and free broadband internet/Wi-Fi.

    Kitchen
    The traditional style kitchen is well stocked with all utensil's and cooking equipment required for a comfortable stay (including fan assisted oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, washing/dryer, dishwasher and all the other things you expect). Additional to this there is also a original cooking, an original pulley for drying your clothes and a wooden table and chairs.

    Bedroom 1
    The main bedroom again boasts excellent views of the Grassmarket and Edinburgh Castle (and both windows are complete with working shutters), the original Georgian Fire Place, double bed, wardrobe, drawers and bedside cabinets and lamps.

    This second bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and bedside cabinets and lamps and original working shutters on the windows

    Shower Room
    Within the shower room there is a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, large mirror (with light) and a storage cabinet.
    Bed Linen & Towels
    Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge (if your stay is longer than 7 days a changeover of fresh clean bed linen and towels will be arranged).

    Internet Access & Cable TV
    As previously mentioned the flat comes with free broadband internet/Wi-Fi and cable TV

    From the nearest information centre:- Exit the Tourist Information Centre onto Princes Street and turn let towards Waverly Bridge. Now walk to the end of Waverly Bridge where there is a small mini-roundabout. Turn right here onto Market Street and walk up the hill to the end and turn left on the Mound. Follow this road round and up to the traffic lights. Continue through the lights onto George IV Bridge (it does not look like a bridge) and then turn right at Victoria Street. Walk down to the bottom of this street and you have reached your destination.

    Getting there by railway:- Exit the station at Waverley Bridge (the other exit from the train station is onto Princes Street). Now, facing the castle, go left on Waverley Bridge and walk to the end where there is a small mini-roundabout. Turn right here onto Market Street and walk up the hill to the end and turn left on the Mound. Follow this road round and up to the traffic lights. Continue through the lights onto George IV Bridge (it does not look like a bridge) and then turn right at Victoria Street. Walk down to the bottom of this street and you have reached your destination.

    Getting there by aeroplane:- From the airport get the Airport Bus (no 100) to Waverley Train Station.
