This is a family-run guest house offering 2 family rooms - (one large), a twin room, three double rooms and one singles (all of which are en suite).
Set in the leafy, quiet Eskbank conservation area, our friendly establishment is an ideal "Park and Ride" base for Edinburgh. It has a large south facing sunny walled garden where children may play safely. There are 7 restaurants/ pubs withing 150- 600 metres. Off street PARKING.
