From the Tourist Information Centre:- A three-minute stroll heading northwards along Commercial Street and past Fort Charlotte on your left brings you to the Harbour Street junction, again on your left. Harbour Penthouse is situated within Brentham House on the corner of Harbour Street, an imposing stone building overlooking the harbour. The apartment door is on your right at the very foot of Harbour Street, painted black and marked '1'. The property is of course at the top of the stair, with the access door on your right hand side.
Getting there by aeroplane:- FLYBE operates flights from Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Glasgow and Inverness.
From Sumburgh Airport take the A970 road north to Lerwick. As you enter Lerwick, drive straight ahead at the first roundabout (just past Sound Primary School on the left). Take a left turn at the second roundabout and drive along South Lochside, past the Clickimin Leisure Centre. Continue driving straight ahead then turn right at the next roundabout. Continue for approximately 200 yards. Once past the Bus Terminal, take a right turn just after Cee and Jays sports shop (on your right). Getting there by ferry:- Northlink operates an overnight ferry service from Aberdeen to Lerwick.
Take a left turn on exiting the ferry terminal and drive for approximately 200 yards. Take a right turn (straight ahead) at the roundabout just before Grantfield Garage. Continue for approximately 200-300 yards and once past the Bus Terminal, take a right turn just after Cee and Jays sports shop (on your right). Harbour Penthouse is situated on the corner of Harbour Street (which leads up the hill), within Brentham House. The apartment door is on your right at the very foot of Harbour Street, painted black and marked '1'. The property is of course at the top of the stair, with the access door on your right hand side.
