Allowing you to enjoy the history and landscape of the Borders.
Hassenburn provides a perfect location for photographers, walkers, cyclists, anglers and golfers. The nearest 18 hole golf course being Minto a mile away, or go fishing on the Teviot less than two mile away..Hassenburn is on the Jedburgh cycling route, and we have beautiful walks starting from our front door.
You will be greeted with a warm welcome from Andy and Denise, we have a large detached modern bungalow designed to a high standard providing you with space and privacy.
Bedrooms have king-size beds, tea/coffee making facilities, LCD TVs with DVD and free view, DVDs on request. We also provide wireless connection. Both bedrooms have large modern en suits with complimentary toiletries.
There is a private dining room leading on to a patio area for sole use of our guests, with views over relaxing rolling countryside where you can sit and enjoy the peace and tranquillity.
Outside we have parking for several cars and use of a double garage for secure lock up.
Children are made very welcome at Hassenburn, the use of a travel cot or single bed are available, we also can provide a high chair and changing facilities.
We will set you up for the day with a hearty breakfast and can provide a packed lunch at an additional cost. It is our aim to provide all those extra special touches to make you stay a pleasant one..
The Scottish Borders are full of embedded traditions centuries old, there are festivals and attractions nearby throughout the year.
The borders is famed for its cashmere and knitwear which is renowned worldwide. The cities of Edinburgh Carlisle and Newcastle are only an hours drive away or public transport is available nearby
.We are happy to provide a pick up/drop off service at an additional cost. Our nearest picturesque village of Denholm is only two miles away offering an Italian Bistro and two friendly pubs offering food and drinks. We are happy to provide transport as stated above.
Our aim is to make your stay as pleasant has possible, so that you have a happy and enjoyable time in the Borders.
