Welcome to The Hedges Guest House * * * *
Hedges is located on a quiet leafy street opposite Historic Calton Hill and only a 10 minute walk to Royal Mile, Princes Street. and Waverley train station.
Hedges is a Victorian Town House built 1880 by Playfair.
Our three rooms have been designed keeping the original features of stained glass window panels and shutters, all rooms have period fireplaces. All well appointed rooms have pristine en-suite showers and toilets. In room flat screen t,v, tea/coffee & biscuits, ipod/phone docking station clock radio. hairdriers free use of safety deposit boxes and free wifi. Use of iron & ironong board (laundrette nearby)
We pride ourelves with a healthy breakfast menu
Cereal or hot porridge oats with cream honey or whisky.
Scottish cooked includes Haggis and black pudding, Scottish smoked salmon & scrambled eggs
Kippers & crusty break or Fresh fruit platter with side serving of Greek yoghurt. Freshly brewed tea/coffee or herbal teas
Wholemeal/white toasted bread
