High Killantrae (Seaside) Cottage

Overview

The cottage has recently been refurbished to an exceptionally high standard and offers a contemporary open plan sitting room and kitchen and elegantly furnished conservatory, which enjoys uninterrupted sea views to the Scaur Rocks and Isle of Man. A luxurious double bedroom also looks out onto the water, and there is a spacious twin bedroom and stylish bathroom, making High Killantrae a comfortable home-from-home.

Ideally placed, Port William is a real gem in Scotland's crown. It is ideal for those wanting to get away from it all and relax in peaceful surroundings. An abundance of wildlife will amaze any visitor with deer, hares, otters, seals and many rare birds often making an appearance in and around the cottage grounds and nearby sea. There are many other pretty towns to explore such as the themed towns of Wigtown and Castle Douglas, while outdoor enthusiasts will delight in the cottage's close proximity to hillwalking, horse riding, pony trekking, golfing and cycling routes, which include the beautiful Galloway Forest Park, only a short drive away.
