Owned by an Orcadian family with a wealth of experience welcoming visitors to the islands, High Park offers four two bedroomed Scandinavian-style timbered holiday lodge all fully equipped to ensure comfort and luxury. With its views over the historic attractions of the Royal Burgh of Kirkwall, known for its cathedral, museums and palaces, it's the ideal base for an Orkney holiday and the opportunity to see such treasures as Scapa Flow and the Stone Age village of Skara Brae as well as the culture and wildlife of the isles.
Restaurants, bars and other entertainments are within walking distance or a short drive, while next door is the visitor centre of Highland Park which for two centuries has claimed to be the worlds most northerly distillery.
Each holiday lodge has total control electric heating and a safe parking area,offering suitable, family-friendly surroundings for groups or individuals requiring either leisure or business accommodation.
The immaculately equipped kitchens include oven/hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer/drier, coffee maker as well as the usual crockery cutlery and other utensils.
The bright lounges feature high quality furniture and furnishings on solid oak flooring, with flatscreen Freeview televisions and DVD players.
The two bedroomed bungalows have sleeping accommodation for up to four people.
Electricity, towels and bed linen are included.
