Highland Bear Lodge is a Baronial styled luxury intimate B & B set in the heart of the Highlands in 14 acres of woodland. Just 5 Mins from Loch ness & 20 mins from Inverness.

Highland Bear Lodge is set in deep forest in Glen Urquart 5 mins from Loch Ness and its main attractions.The B & B has spacious comfortable newly refurbished rooms with everything you would expect in a small luxury hotel. We have four poster beds and stunning views across the loch. With huge log fires and comfortable sofas our guest lounge is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine of a wee dram. We have stags , red deer, red squirrels, foxes, badgers, stunning birds of prey and owls hooting in the garden. We also have bats in the belfry! which you can see flying in the twilight in the summer months.
There is a prize winning herd of Highland Cattle in the field at the bottom of our drive. Although we have yet to see the elusive Nessie we are convinced there is something BIG in Loch Ness! You may not be lucky enough to see Nessie but a cruise on Loch Ness is a must.
