Highveld

Overview

Highveld is a cosy, comfortable, well appointed cottage with two bedrooms, sitting / dining room, kitchen and bathroom, all at ground floor level. There is a small, south facing terrace which overlooks the loch and mountains.

Ullapool is a picturesque fishing village on the North West coast of the Scottish Highlands. It is just one hours drive from Inverness wher the airport, coach and rail station offer excellent links to all parts of the UK.

Discover a laid back world away from the hustle and bustle of the towns and cities. Ullapool has plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes offering some of the finest seafood and Scottish fare available. And many of them feature traditional live music in the Summer months. There is a swimming pool, leisure centre, golf course, museum, supermarkets, butcher, fresh fish sellers, a pottery, bookshops, gift shops, post office, boat trips, theatre"..."...and much more.

For scenery, mountains and lochs, fishing, walking, sunsets, wildlife, birds, history, geology, genology, golf, sailing, kayaking, boat trips and beaches, Ullapool is hard to beat.
Situated in an elevated position above Ullapool, Highlveld is in a very quiet, peaceful location at Braes. The garden surrounds the house and offers fantastic views of the loch and mountains.

The centre of Ullapool is just one mile away with its many shops and amenities. Just a short stroll from the house is Ullapool Hill which offers a fine selection of walks to suit all abilities.
