    Fortrose is complete with Historic Cathedral, while the nearby towns of Avoch and Cromarty offer the chance to see the most Northerly school of Dolphins in the UK with regular boat trips. Of course, the location of Hillhaven means that fascinating walks and bird-watching is literally on the doorstep.

    From the nearest information centre:- From North Kessock turn left straight on till Tore Roundabout take 4th exit at.Continue on the A832 through Avoch and you will soon arrive in Fortrose. Half way along the High Street you will come upon the junction with Killen Road and Castle Street and turn left .Travel up the hill for about 1.1 miles .A further 0.3 miles along the road you will see a sign on the left side of the road for Ord Hill where you should turn right. Continue up the hill.On the crest of the hill you will find us.
