We offer comfortable accommodation with all you need for a happy stay.
We serve a big breakfast and if you do not want breakfast you can have a packed lunch. Tea and coffee is available in your room as is tv, we also offer wifi acess free of charge. An ironing board, iron and hair dryer are also readily avaiable. A private bathroom is available on request for a small extra fee. The b&b is 5 mins walk from bathgate town centre where you can enjoy the many bars and restaurants available. Choose from a selection - British,Italian,Chinese or Indian. There are also several fast food outletts and there is a market on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday which also includes a car boot. Bathgate is on the main train line between Edinburgh [25mins] and Glasgow [35 mins] and we are 13 miles from Edinburgh airport. Taxis are readily available. Visitors will find there are many places of special interest close by-- Cairnpapple ancient burial site, Linlithgow palace and the Falkirk wheel [the only one in the world]. Whilst Perth, the Fife coast, the Borders and Loch Lomond are also within easy travelling distance from us. Prices are as follows £29.00 single occupancy per room per night, £45.00 double occupancy per room per night with a private bath £36.00 single, £52.00 double.
