Hillview Cottage is well equipped and decorated to a high standard - traditional features such as hardwood flooring and log burning stove are complemented by modern conveniences. The cottage has a sofa bed in the lounge, extending the numbers that can be accommodated to 6 plus a baby.
An open plan lounge with a log burning stove, kitchen and dining area provides a spacious and airy living area. The private garden area has been equipped with decking and picnic bench.
From its position within the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park in the Southern Highlands of Scotland - only 150 yards from the pier at Stronachlachar, Loch Katrine and less than 4 miles from Inversnaid on the Eastern shores of Loch Lomond - Hillview cottage is ideally placed to enjoy the most spectacular scenery Scotland has to offer. Our vibrant cities: Glasgow; Edinburgh and Stirling are all within an hour's drive from Hillview Cottage.
The welcoming villages of Callander and Aberfoyle are within easy reach and have a range of pubs; restaurants and shops. A wide range of sporting activities are also available locally. Hillview cottage is conveniently located adjacent to the restricted access road which follows the shoreline of Loch Katrine between Stronachlachar and the Trossachs Pier and is ideal for quiet walking and cycling.
The cottage can be rented for short breaks outwith the peak holiday periods.
