Equipped to a high standard, the accommodation comes with all modern conveniences such as dishwasher, washer-drier, microwave oven, TV, DVD player etc to ensure you have a relaxing stay. Whether you choose a summer or winter break, you will always be warm and comfortable with gas central heating and double glazing, making the property truly a home from home. Sleeping 3/4, the double bedroom has an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom is a single room - both bedrooms having ample fitted wardrobe space. To accommodate a fourth person the lounge has a comfortable bed-settee. Personally supervised by the owner, you can be assured of a warm welcome to your holiday home. Prices include bed linen, towels, gas and electricity. High chair and cot can be supplied if required. Please note cot linen is not supplied.
Situated within a quiet area of the city, the property is within walking distance of the city centre as well as the bus and railway stations. Within the courtyard setting is both private and visitor parking. Closeby you will find numerous shops, restaurants and bars as well as sporting activities such as golf, curling, fishing, ice-skating and hillwalking. The leisure pool, theatre and art galleries are all to be found within the vicinity of the apartment too. Only a short drive away are the world famous Gleneagles and St Andrews golf courses and of course the scenery of beautiful Perthshire to be enjoyed as well as the capital city of Edinburgh.
