The area is ideally located for hill walking, mountain biking and fishing. It is a fantastic place to see Scottish wildlife such as red squirrels, roe deer, mountain hares and black grouse.

. The historical Blair Castle which is thought to have been started in 1269 by the Lord Badenoch is very close by and offers excellent tours of the grounds and inside the castle.

. Incredible scenery ranging from the likes of the Falls of Bruar to the majestic Glen Tilt surrounded by towering Munros like Braigh Coire Chruinn-bhalgain.

The accommodation comprises: a spacious living/ dining area - brightly and comfortably furnished, a beautifully equipped modern kitchen, one double bedroom with en suite, a further twin bedroom with bunk beds and an additional bathroom.

There is extensive decking to the front from which beautiful views of the river and surroundings can be enjoyed - perhaps while relaxing with a glass of chilled white wine! What more could you ask?

The rate is inclusive of towels, linen, heating and electricity.

There is a double room, a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a sofa bed in the lounge if needed,

The swimming pool/heal centre is available to guests at a small daily charge payable on the site.
