The Turquoise Thistle Restaurant Bar and Lounge offers delicious fresh local produce with a contemporary twist. Complimented with a variety of the finest drinks.

Open all day, every day from 7am to 11pm to residents and non-residents. The fusion of the Georgian Restaurant with luxurious contemporary and vibrant coloured seating provides the perfect ambiance to relax in comfort for that memorable experience.

Our Chef Daniel Mellor is passionate, sourcing the finest local produce to ensure that his menus offer affordable and intriguing culinary experiences.

Breakfast

Monday to Friday 6.30am to 10.30am | Saturday and Sunday 7am to 11am

Residents and non residents are welcome throughout the day. Enjoy our freshly cooked Scottish breakfast, or choose from our range of mouth watering pastries, organic cereals, freshly squeezed juices. Alternatively we can arrange for you to take away our freshly brewed specialist teas and coffees.

Morning Coffee with colleagues or friends, relax in our comfortable lounge and enjoy your tea and coffee selected from Brodies finest range. Complimented with a selection of Edinburgh’s delicious cakes and shortbread.

Lunch – Noon to 2pm

Time to relax or pushed for time? Choose from a menu that suits you; a quick snack served in the Bar and lounge area or experience a two or three course set menu. 2 courses £9.95. 3 courses £13.95. Afternoon Tea – 2pm to 4pm

Pure indulgence from the moment that you enter the luxurious lounge, join us and chose from a wide selection of specialist teas and coffees. Have you tried our delicate Thistle tea? A selection of homemade sandwiches, traditional Scottish cakes, biscuits and homemade scones.

Pretheatre Dinner 5pm-7pm

Join us early to experience our exquisite two or three course menu, you will be able to relax in the knowledge that we will tailor make our service to ensure that you will have plenty of time to be seated before the curtain rises.

Dinner – 7pm to 10pm

Join us and experience quality food from both a la carte and set price menus. You and your guests are our main focus at the Turquoise Thistle Restaurant.
