Enjoy a peaceful stay with attentive hosts at Inchie Farm on the shores of Lake of Menteith, host to Inchmahome Priory. Lake of Menteith is on the edge of the Trossachs and Scotland's first National Park. Port of Menteith is the ideal base for exploring the Trossachs (5 miles) and Loch Lomond (15 miles) or visiting historic Stirling Castle and Wallace Monument (15miles) Falkirk Wheel (25 miles )Edinburgh and Glasgow are only one hour drive. Port of Menteith is located 5 miles south west of Callander.
Challenging golf courses at Aberfolyle and Callander. Pony trekking nearby.
We are within easy walking distance of the Nick Nairn Cookschool.
Also for the energetic, forest walks in the Queen Elizabeth park and cycle hire at Loch Katrine.
Comfortable accommodation (ensuite available) with tea/coffee making facilities and homemade shortbread. Private Guest Lounge with TV and guest parking.
