If you long for peace and quiet, beautiful views and some fantastic wildlife then Inchtuthill CH is the property for you. Situated between Dunkeld and Blairgowrie, just over an hour from Edinburgh this is the ideal retreat for anytime of year.

Located in an idyllic situation between the pretty village of Dunkeld and the market town of Blairgowrie, Inchtuthill Coach House lies amidst beautiful Perthshire countryside close to the mighty river Tay.

The property is detached and has recently been converted forming an open plan living area with a log burning stove (wood supplied) leading out onto a balcony; a great sun trap with lovely views. The property has two bedrooms (twin and double), a bathroom (bath and shower) and a spacious hallway. Facilities include a dishwasher, satellite tv, DVD player plenty of DVD's), internet access, CD player, fridge and freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The coach house is fully heated providing cosy accommodation in the winter months, there is also a wood burning stove.

There is a private fenced garden with picnic table (furniture also provided on the balcony).

A peaceful retreat in rural Perthshire with gorgeous views, the perfect place to unwind and enjoy rural Perthshire.

Road Directions

Inchtuthill is situated in the beautiful Tay Valley between the picturesque, historical village of Dunkeld and the market town of Blairgowrie. The Coach House is located 1.5 miles down a farm road and within walking distance of the famous mighty River Tay, it is close to many attractions(car needed) including Loch of the lowes visitor centre where you will see red squirrels and osprey. Glamis Castle, Scone Palace and Blair Atholl Castle are all historic houses with lovely gardens - all situated within a 40 min drive.

The area is renowned for walking/ hill walking (all levels), cycling, fishing, shooting and many other adventurous sports!

You are never far away from a nice cafe/tea room or if its shops you are after Dunkeld and Blairgowrie will serve you well. The city of Perth is just 25 minutes away, Edinburgh is just over an hour and Glasgow 1.5 hours away. The House of Bruar (Harrods of Scotland!) is just 35 minutes away - shopping, waterfall and a fantastic restaurant.
