Overview

The property has a garage with automatic door making it ideal for holiday makers who require secure storage for their vehicle, bicycles, or sporting equipment. Innisgarth provides luxurious, secluded accommodation for parties of 1-4. The accommodation comprises two spacious and comfortable bedrooms one being a double, the other a twin room.

The lounge has comfortable leather settees, a flat screen multi-channel TV, a DVD player and hi-fi system with a selection of DVD's and CD's, and Orkney books to help you plan your holiday and find out more about the islands.

The attractive conservatory with its open views to the south is a particularly appealing feature, helping you relax after a fine day exploring Orkney. If you prefer to relax outdoors, garden furniture and a barbecue are at your disposal within the mature fenced garden.

The kitchen is comprehensively equipped with touch-control halogen hob with child lock, built-in oven, microwave, integrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and soft-close drawers and doors.

The dining area features an oak dining suite, quality dinner service and Edinburgh crystal glasses.

There is a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and full ironing facilities.

Innisgarth has environment friendly air-source heat pumps with remote thermostatic controls.

A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, milk, and a selection of Orkney produce awaits you on your arrival.

The tariff is very straightforward. There are no hidden charges as electricity, linen, towels, washing powder, dishwasher tablets etc. are all included in the tariff.

Being close to Kirkwall and its attractions, yet surrounded by farmland up a quiet side road, and within 1km of the sandy Scapa beach, Innisgarth is perfect for relaxation or exploration. Visit our website - http://www.orkneycottage.co.uk
