A warm and friendly welcome awaits you at this lovely Victorian Guest House, with many period features retained. The guest house is a good quality 2 star accommodation arranged over 3 floors. Colour TV in all rooms, tea/coffee facilities. Ample free parking. There is a regular and efficient bus service to the city centre right outside the house, journey time 15 minutes. We are located near Edinburgh Zoo and close to Murrayfield Rugby Stadium. Airport buses stop outside. Good choice of restaurants available locally. Wi-fi is available in the entire guest house and is free of charge. We are a totally non smoking establishment. Prices vary on Rugby weekends, Hogmanay and New year's day.
