Kabayan is a friendly family-run Bed and Breakfast, located in the popular district of Corstorphine (about 3 miles west of Edinburgh city centre. We are located in tranquil and pleasant surroundings that are ideal for relaxing after spending hours visiting the sights and events that are available in Edinburgh.

The property is a semi-detached bungalow with guest rooms situated on the ground floor, with front garden and easy on-street parking. We are no more than 15 minutes from the city centre by bus and we are ideally located for access to bus routes that cover the whole of the Edinburgh area. We are also less than 5 minutes from Edinburgh Airport and only 2 minutes from the City Bypass. Close to the Zoo and Murrayfield Stadium.

The local area has an extensive range of excellent restaurants, cafes, pubs, good shops and shopping malls. Nearby is Edinburgh Zoo and there are lovely parks for those who enjoy walking. Recreational facilities in the area include golf courses, swimming pool and tennis courts. We are ideally located for town and country activities.

We have two double rooms; one is a twin, the other a double with use of the adjacent shower room right next door. The bedrooms both have TV and coffee/tea making facilities. Please note that Kabayan Bed and Breakfast is completely non-smoking.

We serve full traditional Scottish breakfast and also a wide choice and healthy variety to suit all tastes.
