Richard and Dorothy offer you a warm welcome to their charming and comfortable Victorian guest house situated in a quiet residential area of Edinburgh a short distance from the city centre.
Three star, charming and comfortable Victorian townhouse situated in a quiet residential area, a short block from the main road leading to the city centre. Excellent bus services and also convenient for the city bypass to all routes. For your comfort we offer tea and coffee making facilities, central heating, flat screen TV's, hair dryers, most rooms with electric blankets and totally no smoking. Excellent breakfast with a good choice for vegetarians. There is also free wifi wireless broadband access in all rooms and a shared-access PC for those guest without their own computers and a skype payphone system. A warm and friendly welcome is guaranteed from hosts Richard and Dorothy.
