Kersmains Cottage sits on its own in the middle of our farm, with a private garden and the most stunning views across to the Eildon Hills and just a stones' throw from the beautiful River Teviot.

Kersmains Cottage sleeps up to 6 people in 3 spacious bedrooms, consisting of 1 twin and 2 doubles on the first floor. If twin beds are preferred however this can usually be accommodated so please do not hesitate to ask. We provide short breaks or weekly stays all year round, so you can tailor your stay to suit you!

The cottage has a beautiful large country kitchen, utility/welly boot room, dining room, entrance hall, WC with large shower on the ground floor, snug and large living room with log burning stove. There is also a bathroom with bath and WC upstairs.

The cottage has a private garden and ample space for parking.

Enjoy walks along the riverside just a short stroll from the farm, eggs laid daily by our own hens and breathtaking views of the stunning farm landscape, and all just 3 miles from the beautiful cobbled market town of Kelso.

With our own outdoor equestrian arena and gorgeous countryside hacks around the farm and beyond, Kersmains is the perfect place to holiday with your horse, and we have grazing available should you wish to do so.

The cottage is also fitted with a secure locking gun cabinet and we have converted one of our traditional stabling barns to provide kennelling for gun dogs and space to store game, equipment and fishing rods.

Although no pets are allowed in the house, the outdoor kennels are available for anyone who wishes to bring a dog. Our extra facilities are available to select upon booking.

For large parties of more than 6, or for couples looking to enjoy the beauty of Kersmains without booking the cottage, we have now opened our luxury boutique B&B in the farmhouse as an added extra. With double en-suite room and your very own private lounge with log burning stove and large conservatory overlooking the farmhouse garden, you can be assured of a very peaceful break here at Kersmains. The Bothy is available to book from January 2013 and we can't wait to welcome you!
