In the elevated position of Braes of Ullapool, with fantastic views to the mountains and situated in a large private garden, Kilbrannan is an excellent base for Walkers, Climbers, families or for those who wish to relax in beautiful Ross-shire. Kilbrannan sleeps up to 6 persons (plus cot) in a large modern bungalow with private garden.

Kilbrannan is a beautiful modern spacious bungalow in its own private garden situated in the elevated position of Braes of Ullapool, overlooking the hills above Ullapool.

Kilbrannan Ullapool has a panoramic view of the Mountains from Braes of Ullapool, with also a large Pine Forest to the rear and side views of the property. The house is approximately 1 and 1/2 miles from the centre of Ullapool itself which can be reached in only approx 25 mins on foot (5 mins by car). Don't forget that there is also an excellent Taxi service in Ullapool, for those all important meals out!

With double-glazing and superb oil-fired central heating throughout, Kilbrannan Holiday House offers luxurious accommodation for up to six people, plus travel cot if required, (owner regrets strictly no smoking / no pets). On one level throughout, this house offers many well-appointed fittings including lots of books for all, satellite tv, dvds, board games and newly installed WiFi, to make your stay comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable! The house has 3 bedrooms {1 master bedroom with en-suite shower room / bathroom, and 2 twin bedrooms} All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, bedside lamps and bedside chests. There is also a south-facing lounge (with views towards mountains) with Satellite TV and DVD Player, dining kitchen (contains large gas and electric cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher) with patio doors to private garden to the rear of the house, family bathroom with bath and hand-held shower attachment over bath, as well as a well-equipped utility room (includes tumble dryer, washing machine, freezer and oil-fired central heating). Prices are inclusive of WiFi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels, all beds are made up for your arrival with no further costs to pay. A small supply of starter goodies awaits you upon arrival!

Kilbrannan offers an ideal base for Ullapool and the North West of Scotland, as well as for hill-walking, a trip to the Western Isles {Stornoway Ferry from Ullapool} fishing {available locally} or as a base for touring the Highlands, many places are within 1 hours drive of Ullapool. In Ullapool itself, there are many amenities, such as 9 hole golf course, leisure centre / swimming Pool, award-winning museum, supermarkets, hotels, cafes and restaurants, as well as a wonderful variety of local craft, gift, book and art shops and a regular Saturday local market (April-Sept). Recent additions to the house include a Travel Cot and High Chair, all of which can be provided on request, families are most welcome. The house is also an excellent base for the many walks available near or in Ullapool.

Some supplies are included to start your stay and local produce can be ordered in advance for your holiday, please ask for details. As all bookings are non-refundable, the owner suggests that guests may consider having a Travel Insurance policy for their holiday.
