    Kilcoy House is situated in glorious countryside, close to the A9 and 10 mins from Inverness.

    There are numerous golf courses for the serious or the weekend golfer. Fishing for salmon or trout is popular in this area as is hillwalking and rambling or cycling. Whisky distilleries are all around and provide guided tours with the nearest only 3miles away.

    Kilcoy House is near the coast and the quaint and historic seaboard villages with their little restaurants and interesting shops are worth exploring. Or you can go looking for the mysteries in Loch Ness and find the monster!!

    From the nearest information centre:- From Inverness take the A9 north to the Tore roundabout. Then take the A835 ( 2nd exit Ullapool Dingwall rd ) for 1.1ml - DO NOT turn off to the left at Kilcoy sign - Stay on A835 and Kilcoy house is on right hand side , house sign on gate and on stone wall . Coming from the north at Tore roundabout take the 4th exit and take A835 above

    Getting there by railway:- Take the train to Inverness then hire a car

    Getting there by aeroplane:- Hire a car at airport , gotowards Inverness then take A9 north and follow directions above
