Located in a beautiful Victorian house, this popular guest house is just one mile south of Edinburgh's famous Royal Mile on a quiet street to aid a good night's sleep.

Your hosts Lizzie and Garyare both originally from Edinburgh and are happy to share their wide knowledge of the city and the Lothians with guests. They pride themselves on providing a warm welcome, hearty Scottish breakfast and comfortable accommodation.

All rooms have en-suite or private facilities and free wi-fi access. Guests can also take advantage ofprivate off-street parking. Kingsway Guest House is situated on a quiet street, conveniently located for all Edinburgh city centre attractions.Our bedrooms are well appointed and stylish with central heating, and have en-suitefacilities. The accommodation is comfortable and clean and we have a no smoking policy.

All of our rooms are situated on the first and second floors and are accessed by stairs. Every room has tea and coffee making facilities, multi channel LCD TV and DVD. Free wi-fi is available.

Our hearty cooked and continental breakfasts use fresh local produce (including haggis) and will set you up for a day's sightseeing around Edinburgh.

All of our prices include full breakfast and all taxes and vary depending on the time of year. Special group rates are available on request. Locally there are a many excellent restaurants including Scottish, Turkish, Chinese, Italian, Thai and Indian cuisine. There is also a good selection of local pubs offering fine Scottish ales, Whiskies and folk music.
