Overview
The kitchens, initially set up by Claire MacDonald, are now under the supervision chef Marcello Tully who has earned the hotel a Michelin Star for two consecutive years. Marcello is dedicated to making the most of Scotland's seasonal larder and is renowned for his fabulous creations. The Luxurious lodge also provides guests with various levels of outdoor pursuits.Gradings
