  Clyde shipping magnate Captain W. Buchanan built ‘Kinneil’ in 1885, and to reflect his love of the sea, Apartment Brodick Castle has commanding, panoramic views across Lamlash Bay to Holy Isle and the Mainland beyond. We can provide binoculars for your further enjoyment of this wonderful vista.

  Apartment Brodick Castle is the top floor apartment in the main house. Located on the second floor, this is a large, spacious, warm, fully double-glazed and self-contained apartment, which can accommodate a maximum of 5 people.

  There is a twin- and a double bedroom, a small single bedroom, with a full sized single bed, a 25’ sitting room with a large, purpose built sofa-bed for 2 adults, a large kitchen/diner, with a dining table, a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric hob, oven and microwave, a family bathroom with a three-piece suite, and an electric shower over the bath.

  Guests have use of the garden and separate laundry facilities (automatic washing machine, tumble dryer and outdoor drying area). There is free on-site car parking.

  The apartment is named after the paddle steamer which were owned by Captain Buchanan, a Clyde shipping magnate, who built ‘Kinneil’ as his family home in 1885.

   

  Apartment Eagle is well self-contained, fully and comfortably furnished.  Electricity, linen and towels are included in the rental.

  The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen in addition to a full sized cooker, or hob and oven, a fridge, iron and ironing board, microwave, remote control TV and DVD, CD/tape/radio players, electric blankets, heated towel rail and hairdryer.
