Well situated self catering accommodation in St Andrews. This is an end of terrace town house with a double bedroom and 3 single bed-rooms. A guest bed is available to give sleeping for up to 6. There is a comfortable lounge with widescreen TV, DVD player and a new well equipped kitchen with microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer. The house is well furnished with a bright bathroom (no bath). There is off road parking for 2 cars and a pleasant garden & patio. It is about 10 minutes walk from the town centre, 15 minutes walk from the Old Golf Course and 15 minutes walk from the nearest beach at East Sands.
The property is available for summer letting only - June to August 2013 at £395-£495 per week. Saturday to Saturday.

St Andrews is a historic old town which has retained a unique character from the old university buildings, the ancient golf course and the historic castle and Abbey. Climb the Abbey tower for a wonderful view of St Andrews or crawl through the old siege tunnel under the castle. On top of that it has miles of sand, rock pools for children and is in easy reach of some quaint fishing villages. Further a field is the town of Dundee, the Queen Mothers Family residence at Glamis and Edinburgh.
