Set within large private grounds, 1 Laudervale Gardens is furnished to an exceptionally high standard. Providing quality and comfort with 3 double bedrooms 2 of which are ensuite. The 3rd bedroom has its own WC steam shower room with mood lighting and music! The services to the apartment include gas central heating, electricity, linen,50 inch TVs DVD, surround sound, minibar, spa bath, luxury kitchen, utility room, separate office facility.

The large lounge is stunningly presented-the original unique canadian dance floor 1930! was restored in 2005.The dimesions of the lounge are 30ft X 16ft X 12ft ceiling.This ground floor apartment also provides private parking to your very own front and back door with only 1 step for clients who have walking difficulties.

Everything you could want from your holiday is on your doorstep from the outdoor pursuits including hill walking - guided walks available from the owner (a qualified expedition leader or fell running for the more adventurous!)* - cycling (we provide a secure area for bikes), fishing, pedalos, canoeing, mountain bike hire and boat tours are all available locally.

For those looking for a slower pace of life we are a five minute stroll from Lomond Shores Shopping Complex which includes the world famous Jenners and Drumkinnon Tower which houses a cinema showing an insight into the history of the area. Alternatively take a leisurely stroll along to Balloch Park to feed the ducks! You can sit and watch the sun set with Ben Lomond and Loch Lomond as the backdrop at the Kilted Skirlie at Lomond Shores - one of a variety of restaurants to suit every occasion and budget - all within walking distance of the apartment.

For those staying that little bit longer you may want to use our apartment to explore further afield. Transport links either by bus/train or car will have you in Stirling in 30 minutes, Glasgow in 40 minutes and our capital city Edinburgh in 1hr 40 minutes.
