Loch Dhu Cottage

Overview

With uninterrupted views of the stunning rural scenery and Loch Dhu itself, it really is a gem to be visited. Available to rent on a weekly basis, the stone cottage is single storied with full central heating. It includes the following facilities:

- a newly refurbished bright and spacious kitchen/dining/sofa area
- a lovely sitting room (with a multi-fuel burning stove)
- 2 bedrooms - 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds (the cottage is usually set up for four guests, but it may be possible to accommodate more guests by prior arrangement)
- a bathroom with separate shower and bath
- a drying room

The occupants have the use of a full size garage and private parking space. They also have the security of knowing that Loch Dhu House is nearby in case of any problems.

The front and rear gardens are securely gated, fenced and fully enclosed. The gate in the rear garden gives entry to a field which adjoins Loch Dhu, over which the occupants of the cottage have a single rod licence included in the rental cost.

Prices

Low season (1 Oct - Christmas / New Year - 1 Mar) - £420 per week
Mid season (School half term weeks / 2 Mar - 1 Jul) - £420 per week
High season (2 Jul - 30 Sept) - £490 per week
Christmas and New Year weeks - £550 per week
