There are two large double bedrooms and one large twin bedroom, all with private facilities and stunning views, a modern kitchen/dining room and a lounge. Outside is an enclosed natural garden with patio and furniture.

The cottage commands spectacular and uninterrupted panoramic views to Gairloch beach & golf course, the Torridon mountains, Badachro harbour and Skye. The south facing position means that it is in the sun from early morning
to late evening.

The property is available all year and has been awarded 4 Star status by Visit Scotland.

Ground Floor
Large sunny lounge with Flat Screen satellite TV (Sky FreeSat) and Blu-ray DVD. A bright room with picture windows overlooking Loch Gairloch and the Torridon mountains beyond. The patio doors face West to Skye.
Kitchen/diner faces towards Loch Gairloch and to the village. Facilities include electric oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave & fridge freezer in the kitchen with a radio/cd/mp3 player in the dining area.
Bedroom 1 has views towards Skye and offers double bed, large en suite shower room with WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.

Bedroom 2 has views towards the Loch and mountains as well as toward the village. It has twin beds, en suite bathroom with shower over bath, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 3 has views towards the Loch and mountains as well as to Skye. It has a double bed, en suite bathroom with shower over bath, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.

Local Attractions
The cottage is located on the edge of Loch Gairloch just a few hundred yards out of the village on the road to Big Sand. There are shops, restaurants, hotels and bars in Gairloch. Facilities include a leisure centre, museum, golf course, marine excursions from the harbour, pony trekking, bike hire, swimming pool (6 miles), Inverewe Tropical Gardens (6 miles), fishing in loch, river and sea, walking and climbing.
