Just off the A96, this easily accessible accommodation is perfect for business or pleasure. With Aberdeen airport only 20 minutes away and the train link only 5 minutes, this is an ideal base for your stay in Aberdeenshire. Inverness and the Scottish Highlands are only two hours drive and Royal Deeside only one hour, where you can visit Balmoral and the many other castles.

This recently completed accommodation is furnished to a high standard and with a wood burning stove, provides up to four guests the perfect home from home.
Lower Middleton offers you a tranquil get away. The thriving town of Inverurie only minutes away, provides a plenitude of shops and cafes with ample leisure opportunities such as bowling, golf and swimming. Take a walk up Bennachie for magnificent panoramic views of the Aberdeenshire countryside and on a clear day, the Scottish Highlands. Within a short drive you can reach the beautiful North East coastal villages, enjoy the whisky trails or indeed the stone circle trail including our local Maiden Stone and East Aquorthies stone circle. The newly planted woodland on the farm offers you a wonderful evening stroll in the shadow of Bennachie.

The property sleeps 4 (plus baby or additional child by arrangement) within one double and one gallery twin room. It is exceptionally comfortable and equipped to a high standard with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc, and a DVD flat screen TV and Wi-Fi access in the living area.

The accommodation is extended by its own covered deck at the entrance which leads to an enclosed garden with garden furniture.

A travel cot or Z bed can be provided within the double or gallery twin room. All linen, towels, electricity and fuel are provided at no extra charge. A high chair and stair gate are also available upon request and with a welcome basket, we aim to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible.
