Pease note that cars can no longer reach us via Union Street. Guests arriving by car can now get to us via Friar's Lane, at the north-west end of Church Street. You will find the hotel on the right hand side. Parking outside the hotel on Church Street is free of charge overnight from 6pm. Our private parking area is located a short 200m walk away from us and is available on a 'first come, first served' basis. Please contact us directly if you require further help.
From the Inverness tourist information centre:- From the foot of the steps at the Tourist Information Centre, Church Street will be facing you. Cross the street using the pedestrian crossing at the foot of the steps. Continue down Church Street and you will find the hotel on the left hand side, towards the end of the street. The journey on foot will take around five minutes at the very most.
Getting there by railway:- From Inverness railway station leave the station square by the left hand side and use the pedestrian crossing to reach Union Street, which is directly opposite the station square. At the end of Union Street turn right onto Church street, continue down Church street and you will find the hotel on the left hand side towards the end of the street. We are approximately 300m walk from the railway station and the journey on foot will take around five minutes. Taxis are also available from the left hand side of the station square. Getting there by aeroplane:- The Airport Bus 'The Jet' (Stagecoach service 11) runs frequently throughout the day and will take you to Inverness bus station, which is a short 200m walk from us. See below for directions to us from the bus station. A link to the airport bus timetable can be found here: www.stagecoachbus.com/timetables.aspx By car from Inverness airport follow the signs for the A96 and Inverness. At the Raigmore Interchange, take the second exit (B865). Continue straight on at the Millburn roundabout and along the Millburn Road dual carriageway, driving underneath the Eastgate shopping centre in the right hand lane and straight on past Marks and Spencers. Continue down Academy Street. At the end of Academy Street, turn left onto Friar's Lane, then immediately turn left again, onto Church street. You will find the hotel on the right hand side as you drive up Church Street. Please contact us directly if you require further help.
Getting there by bus/coach:- From the bus station leave the station square by Margaret Street, which is at the front of the square, to the right of the ticket office. At the end of Margaret Street, turn right onto Academy Street, cross at the pedestrian crossing, then turn left onto School Lane. As soon as you turn onto School Lane you will see the hotel building facing you at the end of the lane. We are approximately 200m walk from the Bus Station and the journey will take less than five minutes on foot.
