This three bedroom first floor flat is situated in a quiet residential area of Oban, a 10 minute walk from the town centre; convenient for ferry, bus and train terminals, close to the four main supermarkets and convenient for the great selection of fine eating places Oban has to offer.

There is a good bus service into Oban with a bus stop situated at the end of the road.

The accommodation comprises 1 king size bedroom, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom; all bed linen and towels are supplied. There is a spacious sitting room with a leather three piece suite, a colour tv with freeview box, DVD player with selection of DVDs and a CD player with a selection of CDs. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave oven, washing machine and fridge/freezer. There is also a separate dining room with a large dining table and chairs. The bathroom has a bath with electric shower and a mirror with shaving point. There is gas central heating throughout and both gas and electricity are included in the rental. Off-street parking is available for up to three cars . There is a drying green and decking in the garden area with table and chairs.

The flat is a good base for a quiet relaxed holiday for those who wish to explore Oban and the surrounding area or for travelling to the Outer Hebrides or to the nearer islands like Mull and Iona on the Cal-Mac ferry or on the various other boat trips on offer. There are also many day trips by car (or bus) to Easdale, Fort William. Glencoe Inveraray or even a bit further afield, as well as the open-top bus touring around Oban and district daily.

McCaig's Tower is one of the main attractions of the town offering magnificent views over Oban Bay and Kerrera and the islands beyond.

A visit to Oban Distillery is recommended and you are invited to sample a taste of the fine Oban malt at the end of the tour.

We are open all year round for weekly bookings in the summer season, with short breaks/weekend breaks in low season, availability permitting.
