Situated at the head of Loch Roag, and enjoying panaromic views of the Loch and surrounding hills and mountains it is ideally situated just a few minutes drive from Cliff, Reef and Valtos beaches. It is located on the road to the Miavaig Harbour and Pontoons making all sea activities within easy reach. Miavaig House is a truly comfortable base, after a fun day at the beach or on the sea, or a cosy, relaxing retreat if you are enjoying a winter break. Miavaig House is a newly refurbished, luxuriously finished 4 bedroom home. It boasts 2 king size bedrooms, one en-suite, and 2 twin bedrooms. All bedrooms are newly furnished with solid wooden furniture, Egyptian cotton sheets and Harris Tweed curtains and fabrics. The newly fitted en-suite and bathroom with shower, have underfloor heating and heated towel rails.

The newly fitted kitchen has all the fitted applicances you would expect, and a smaller table, perhaps for breakfast or the kids! This room opens onto a dining area/sitting room, with a large dining table and sofa, with high ceiling and full length windows and patio doors, this room opens onto a decked area which takes full advantage of the panoramic view over the loch and surrounding hills.

There is also a very comfortable lounge with open fire - perfect for relaxing after a day in the hills or exploring the area. The large flat screen tv with freeview is also in here along with a DVD player.

There is also a very useful utility area with washer and dryer and plenty of hanging space for coats and boots, or wet suits!

The house is fully enclosed with a good sized garden and garden furniture and gas barbeque for the dads! There is also a shed for storage of bikes, etc. There is a private drive and parking for 3 or 4 cars.

Miavaig House is ideally situated for Miavaig Pier and pontoon, where the sea excursion company Seatrek is based. We are only minutes, by car, from Cliff beach, great for surfing, Valtos and Reef beaches. The local shop, which is excellent is only a few minutes by car from the house also.
