Lovely views across our 30acre meadow to the river and hills beyond. Recently fully renovated, semi-detached, traditional stone cottage - spacious, bright and comfortable. Sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms. Wheelchair access to downstairs kitchen, bedroom and wetroom. Centrally heated throughout, and a multi-fuel stove in the upstairs sitting-room. There are beautiful views across our 30 acre meadow to the hills beyond.
Visitors find it ideally placed for exploring the lovely Borders countryside, or for easy access into Edinburgh with all its attractions, or even to other parts of Scotland via the City By-Pass.
There are lots of local activities for all ages - golf and tennis at nearby historic West Linton, lovely country walks, mountain-biking at Glentress, skiing at Hillend. De Vinci fans can visit Rosslyn Chapel. Or stay at home to enjoy free fishing in our half mile stretch of the River Lyne.
