The Granary dates back to the 1600's and was originally thatched. This area is perfect for walking, cycling or fishing. Yetholm has a mini-superstore, butchers shop, post office and two great pubs to cater for all requirements during your stay.
The Drawing has an open fire, balcony looking onto the surrounding fields and river. A private deck and seating area with under cover Canadian Hot Tub also with great views. Private parking. Lock ups for bicycles and a dry room for walking gear. The main house is also non smoking and has internet access in every room.
Breakfast is served in the Panelled Dining room. The menus range from a full Scottish Grill to home made dropped scones (pancakes) made on our Aga cooker. Children's breakfasts are also catered for.

Valley View - is a lovely room with a king size double bed. Complete with TV, ensuite luxury bathroom and shower.
Riverview - is a large bedroom with Cathedral style ceiling, which gives a great feeling of space. Complete with TV, large windows again to view the Border scenery. Ensuite luxury bathroom and shower.
Mill Suite - The "Crème de la Crème"
Bedroom, sitting room and luxury bathroom.
Children under 16 - free. Cots and high chairs are available for the children as well as plenty of toys.
