    The pretty wool town of Moffat is home to this popular Club site. It makes a great stopping off point for journeys through Scotland as well as somewhere to linger and explore the beauty of the Scottish Lowlands. Moffat town is renowned as being home to William Wallace and Robert the Bruce but these days is best known for its floral displays and specialist shops including the Moffat Toffee shop. Their lives tradional Scottish music in the local pub during the summer and other events during the year, including a classic car rally in June.

    From the nearest information centre:- From Moffat TIC head into Moffat centre and turn right by the Bank of Scotland, right again after 200 yards. There is a sign on the right for the caravan site, follow this road to the site.

    Getting there by railway:- From Lockerbie train station, campsite 17 miles.
