The Morenish Mews self-catering properties consist of a timber cottage (2 apartments), set in the garden grounds, and the Coach House apartment, in the main house.
Ideal for couples, the cottage apartments each comprise a fully-fitted galley kitchen, a lounge equipped with satellite TV/radio, one bedroom with a king-size double bed and a bathroom with bath/shower. Outside, each has a covered patio with garden furniture for al fresco dining.
The Coach House apartment is also perfect for couples. It has a large lounge equipped with satellite TV/radio, a separate fully-fitted kitchen and one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Although part of the main building, it has its own external entrance and independent facilities.
Guests can use our 300m of Loch Tay shoreline for free trout fishing and coarse fishing or for beach picnics. A fishing boat is also available to rent. Perfect for hill walking, walkers will find the summits of more than 35 Munros (hills over 3,000 feet) within a 20 mile radius.
The area is also excellent for bird watching, golf and other outdoor pursuits. The nine-hole Killin Golf Club course is highly regarded and golfers can also enjoy wonderful views of the nearby hills.
Morenish Mews is centrally situated for touring Perthshire and the Trossachs and is adjacent to the Ben Lawers National Nature Reserve and the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. There are several excellent restaurants in the Killin area or one can just relax with a barbecue in the quiet of our 3 acres of garden grounds.
Heating, electricity, bed linen & towels, and toilet & cleaning essentials are included. We also provide free wireless broadband internet access (WiFi).
