Welcome to Mulberry Lodge a delightful 19th century lodge house which was built in 1888 and still retains its character and period features.Enjoy the peace and tranquil location of Mulberry Lodge which sits on its own overlooking fields surrounded by wooded areas in the peaceful and beautiful environs of Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park. It is only 10 minutes walk into the village of Drymen but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of a busy tourist village.
Mulberry Lodge is situated off Gartness Road which forms part of the West Highland Way just 0.5miles before the picturesque village of Drymen. Gartness Rd also forms part of the Sustrans National Route 7 Glasgow to Inverness Cycle path. Drymen is also the starting point for the Rob Roy Way. Walkers and cyclists amongst others are most welcome, and all can be assured of a very warm welcome and comfortable stay.
Ideal location Mulberry Lodge is a fantastic base for exploring whether it is the hills, distilleries, castles or cities. Why not wet your feet in our Lochs where they offer many water sports. Or go for a round of golf in our world fomous golf courses. We are ideally placed, only 30 miles from Glasgow's vibrant shopping centre, the largest outside of London, Glasgow International Airport and Stirling. Visit Edinburgh, Scotland's capital city which is only an hour's drive. Or simply relax in our glorious Scottish countryside.
Bedrooms Our guests can enjoy accommodation in one very comfortable double ensuite which has a balcony leading out to the garden and flat screen TV. There is also a stylish double room and single bedroom available. Each room has views of the countryside and garden, with tea/coffee making facilities and hairdryers. Ironing and drying facilities for wet boots/clothing etc. are available. After your day’s activities we invite you to relax and unwind in our lounge with wood burning stove and flat screen TV. Or relax and enjoy the countryside in the seating areas in our garden. There is complimentary WiFi throughout the rooms.
